Welcome to Henry M. Brader Elementary School!

Brader Elementary, established in 1989, serves K-5 with nature-themed pods. Welcoming all students, it blends experienced and new staff dedicated to fostering growth and success in the Four Seasons community.

Brader Elementary School has been a vibrant part of the Four Seasons community since 1989. Named in honor of Henry M. Brader, a passionate educator, our school serves students from Kindergarten through Grade 5.

Our school is thoughtfully designed into unique pods, each named after local habitats like Wetlands, Butterfly, and Bird, creating a connection between learning and nature. Kindergarten students enjoy their own special space in the Kindergarten Pod.

Whether students arrive by bike, walking, car, or bus, everyone is warmly welcomed each day. Our staff brings together a mix of seasoned teachers who have been with Brader since its opening, alongside enthusiastic new educators, all dedicated to supporting our students’ growth and success.

Brader is the home of the Tigers, where every day you can hear our students practice their ROAR - Respect, Outstanding Attitude, Achievement, & Responsbility!

Brader’s Excellence

Brader Elementary School has earned prestigious awards, including the 2025 Sapphire Award for Excellence in School Counseling and recognition in Delaware’s Positive Behavior Support Project.
